Zero stars for front desk staff!!! The dentists at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Framingham are wonderful. They are kind, professional, and treat patients with respect. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk and phone staff has been the complete opposite. I just spoke with a woman in the dental department who was extremely rude. She repeatedly talked over me, wouldn’t let me explain my situation, interrupted me before I could finish a sentence, and seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone. It was frustrating and disrespectful. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with the administrative staff. The people answering the phones are often unprofessional and seem to lack basic customer service skills. Patients deserve to be treated with patience and respect, especially when they’re calling for help. I believe the administrative staff would benefit from additional customer service training, and I think phone calls should be recorded and reviewed for quality assurance and training purposes. It would help improve the experience for patients and ensure staff communicate respectfully. The dental providers deserve five stars, but the front desk and phone staff bring the entire experience down. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the clinical team deserves a support staff that reflects the same level of professionalism and compassion.

AF medical assistant deserves a raise! very helpful at Framingham site. She effectively addresses needs and does not pass onto other staff

This is the worst place I've ever experienced, I have concerns about the people who work there but I want to be fair and say that I don't know what they deal with on the daily but I will not bring my kids there ever again nor would I go for myself. I hope and pray for the future of this place because it has potential but I just refuse to take my family there.

Worst place ever for medical care mostly due to the apathy and rudeness of the front desk staff, especially the Brazilian woman (she’s incredibly rude), and their inability to adhere to scheduled appointment times. Many of the doctors and nurses are very nice and good at their jobs, but they are always late for your appointment. I’ve had to wait 2 hours, 90 minutes, always over 1 hour. What is the point of making an appointment time if they’re incapable of seeing you anywhere close to the time of your scheduled appointment? My wife was even injured here during a blood draw where one of the staff who was completely unqualified to draw blood stabbed her several times with a needle to the point where a nurse had to step in and tell them to stop. Her arm was severely bruised and incredibly sore for days, and she had to miss work because of it. This was negligence and malpractice, but MA laws protect facilities like this and we were unable to pursue legal action. There is no accountability for these people. If you can, stay away!

absolutely disrespectful front desk. It was an Indian lady, didn’t even state her name when calling, is extremely rude. There is a 6-8 month waiting list just to see a PCP or a nurse practitioner, which is ridiculous for people that are sick and injured now. Would not recommend this place, and looking at the reviews neither do a lot of people. They seriously need to take into consideration who is answering their calls and speaking to potential or current patients. She acts as if she hates her job on the phone. HIRE A NEW RECEPTIONIST ASAP!!!!!
