Dr. Cohn is very friendly and accommodating. He tells you what was the result of your eye exam and if your eyes improved or not from last year’s exam. The location is clean. The staff are all friendly and professional.
It’s a very welcoming and spotless place, and the doctor is super pleasant; they examine your eyes very thoroughly. I highly recommend them—100%.😍😍
Dr Cohn is an excellent optometrist! He explained my scans and vision changes to me thoroughly and in simple terms. He was very pleasant and conversational throughout the visit. His staff were also very kind and amiable in ensuring I understood the lens features available to me. Exceptional experience.
Wouldn't take me for an eye exam because I didn't want to pay an additional 49$ for imagining. Stated that I already have a specialist that I see where I do extensive imaging and more. However, unless you pay to use their expensive machines, they wont let you see the doctor for an eyeglasses prescription. They kept trying to bring different people from the office to explain why I should pay for the extra imagining but if its advertised as extra, why do I need to pay for it if I don't want or need it? Then they claim they can bill it through insurance but you still have to pay 49$ and possibly receive a bill in the mail from your medical insurance for when it doesn't cover. Ive worked in vision before, so I know how all of this works, I get its nice to have update technology and want patients to use them or pass for the cost of the machine. However, it's unfortunate my experience. I'll just go to NJ EYE and EAR, they never steered wrong..
