From making the call everybody was so nice. The receptionist was super helpful. She listened to my questions. She had a very friendly tone when I arrived almost everybody had a smile. Everybody had a smile, the nurse who took me to start my exam eye exam, she always had a smile. She was very friendly, and the doctor as well. He was very honest. He listened to me and I really loved the experience.
Some of the friendliest staff I have dealt with in a while. Dr Baptiste was very nice and explained everything where I felt very comfortable and confident. Highly recommend him and his practice.
I just had my second annual eye exam with Dr. Baptiste and crew and couldn’t say more good things about this office. They are so friendly and keep your appointment on track! Last year I was having some problems with eye fatigue from a job that keeps me in front of a screen for too many hours out of the day and Dr. Baptiste made an adjustment to my contacts that fixed it! Nothing but good things to say — I definitely recommend this office!
All of the personnel at the office, especially Melina, are friendly and extremely competent. I never have to wait an exorbitant amount of time to be seen. When I have concerns regarding my eye health the doctor spends time explaining and putting my concerns at ease.
This place is ridiculous. My son waited more than an hour for a 5 min visit with the Dr. Nothing was explained to us. Then the front desk lady with short hair , which happens to be the doctor’s wife is extremely rude. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet patients. I don’t know how she expects people to come back to the facility. She’s rude to her employees as well. If you want more patients get her out of there!!!
