I’m a new patient at Elevate Eyecare. I had my first annual exam with them today. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Everyone is very personable and thorough. Dr Coleman took great care in making sure I understood the purpose of each test and explaining options to me. It was a great experience.

The staff was very welcoming.(Which is an very important aspect to me.) The doctor had a kind demeanor. She was very through and took the time to explain things to my previous optometrist have not done in the past. My appointment was specifically for contacts so I like that at the end someone sat down with me and went over my contact options, insurance, rebates, etc. And they had TAP pay which is always an extra bonus in my book! Great experience and will definitely continue using in the future.
