First, I called, stressed, because I was running late (which I absolutely hate). Gayle was so relaxed when she informed me I had nothing about which to worry, and that she’d move my appointment time back, that I immediately relaxed myself. I arrived, apologized, and was simultaneously welcomed and reassured. The front desk team, the technician, and the doctor were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, all while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere of their office. The wait was short, all of my questions were answered, my follow-up appointment was scheduled to fit me, and payment was flawless. Best part? It was SO refreshing to step into a man-free space. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this office. All of these women are phenomenal!

The optometrist was kind and attentive, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The entire team made me feel respected and well cared for. Truly the best service and eye consultation I have ever received in Las Vegas. Doctor Ngo ensured the perfect glasses prescription for my eyes. In addition, she identified other additional issues related with dry-eye condition that others optometrist missed for the past three annual examinations. In my experience, it is hard to find a good doctor, without a doubt I will continue her lead. Thank you Dr Ngo and staff.

I had gone to Nellis Optometry Care in 2022 when the two doctors bought the practice. They were great then and better now going into their 5th year!!! WAY TO GO DOCTORS. Thank you for addressing all of my concerns during my visit. The ancillary staff was the best.

The entire staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about what I was there for. That is why I have continued to go there for the past 14 yrs. They are all awesome!
