Elevation Vision

Typically, I only leave reviews once all the services are completed. However, I cannot express my wife’s and my gratitude for the impeccable customer service provided at Elevation Vision. Dr. Moen was meticulous and thorough in his eye exam, addressing everything and answering all of our questions. He even provided samples to show my wife my visual perception of the world. Then, if you did not think things could become any better, we were privileged to work with Shay in the showroom or "optical boutique." She is outstanding with her customers, working with us throughout our entire visit. After leaving the poor service and negligence provided by the front office at Pearl Vision in Parker, we could not be any happier than to find a practice excelling at complete competence and thoughtful care as provided by Dr. Moen, Shay, and the rest of the staff at Elevation Vision.

I recently switched to Elevation Vision from another Castle Rock optometrist. The increased level of quality care is amazing. My eye exam was much more thorough, explanations of my diagnosis was more in-depth, the office staff were markedly more competent, professional, and friendly. And the selection of eyewear much better and in-stock. I fully trust them with my eyesight. If you're not 110% happy with your current doctor(s) you need to get an appointment with Elevation Vision.

I have been coming to Elevation for the past couple of years and every time it is the best clinical experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I had back to back appointments this evening and had our toddler with us. All staff members were extremely nice, helpful, and patient with us. They have fun picture books that are all eye/sight themed! They allowed my very curious son to be included in the process of choosing frames for us and we never felt apologetic like he was a nuisance or anything like that. Staff worked closely with us to try and get us the best overall deals with our insurance and we never felt pressured by any upselling. And they were genuinely nice people who want us to feel good in our new frames! I am a fat woman so maneuvering around the equipment in medical spaces can be stressful sometimes. Positioning my body into equipment for eye photos, etc. felt intimidating at first. Nobody ever made me feel like it was a hassle or too much to try and make everything as comfortable as could be for me throughout the entire appointment. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Dr is so nice and patient. Spends plenty of time on any questions and takes the time to get to know you personally. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. I love how they set up a test message line and make it easy to set up appointments and get updates on your orders. 1000 stars!

This office is top-notch. From the moment you walk in until you leave, service is first class. Shay up front did an excellent job of describing the lenses I was buying, not trying to upsell to the most expensive (which I picked eventually) and explaining the differences in three options; she then adjusted the glasses I bought there last year, making sure the fit was perfect. Dr. Emily Lemburg is fantastic. She will answer all your questions in-depth, and explain the varios testing they utilize. She provides much more that the standard eye exam I was used to, instead using technology to look at various metrics in the eye. You will not be disappointed with this team of eye professionals.
