I had the most unexpected but amazing experience at Elio’s Optical! I was out in Miami enjoying my birthday, riding jet skis and living my best life… until my glasses fell straight into the ocean 😭. I was stressed, but I came into Elio’s Optical the next day right at 9 AM and they completely turned my day around. I probably walked out of there at 9:45:01 on the dot with a full eye exam done and brand new glasses in hand! Huge thank you to Dr. Macedo for being so kind and efficient, Yanior for helping me pick out the perfect Prada frames I’m obsessed!!!! and Leidy for making the checkout process smooth and easy. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely caring. They saved my birthday! I highly recommend Elio’s Optical if you need quick, high-quality service. 10/10 experience!

Excellent service! I’ve been a customer for years, and even though I have to drive an hour to get here, I keep coming back because it’s worth it. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service.
I just want to say thank you and that I truly appreciate the effort, patience, and dedication of the team in helping me solve an issue with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I strongly recommend this business and their support team — they are great people, always ready to help and provide excellent service. Thanks again!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Elio’s Optical. I spent $800 on a pair of glasses that I have never been able to see properly with. From day one, something felt off — my vision was not clear, and the prescription didn’t seem right at all. What makes this even more frustrating is their complete lack of accountability. Despite me calling about a month and a half ago to explain that the glasses weren’t working, they are now refusing to even check if the original eye exam may have been done incorrectly. Their only response is that I passed their one-month window, even though I did reach out within a reasonable time. Now they expect me to pay for another eye exam and purchase new lenses — which would likely cost me another $800 — just to fix an issue that may have been their mistake in the first place. For a business that charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Instead, I feel like they only care about getting paid, not about whether their customers can actually see properly. I would not recommend Elio’s Optical to anyone.
I’ve been a customer at this optical store for many years. My daughters and I have always received good service, especially from two long time employees, a lady who wears glasses and a blonde with long hair, who was not there today and whose names I never got,but I’ll make sure to check them next time. Today I brought my daughter’s glasses in to be adjusted, a service that has always been free for us as long time customers. The lady with glasses was busy with another customer, so I was helped by someone new to me, seated at the front desk on the left side. Her attitude was unfriendly and unpleasant. When I explained for the second time that the issue was that the glasses were tilted forward, she responded, “You don’t need to tell me, I know what it is,” in a very rude and unnecessary way Although she did adjust the glasses correctly, customer service is just as important as the technical work. I work directly with the public and I know how important patience and respect are in customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience going forward.
