I had my first eye exam. Is was incredibly touched with the whole process. From first contact to the eye exam. Every person you meet at Elite was kind and genuine. The Doctor was very nice and explained things to me concerning my exam. Everyone again genuine and professional. When you are given you time to be in no waiting your in and go through your exam extremely fast. Thank you all so much.
The wait time was not bad at all. Everyone there were very polite and very welcoming. Dr LeBlanc is very knowledgeable and is able to make good decisions about any issues with my eyes. We love both Drs and I am so appreciative of the warmth that they both treat us with.
I was worried,not comfortable when the thought or doing my eye exam. The ladies and Dr. I had on my visit were very nice, answered all my questions and calmed my worry. I will continue to go to eleite and I love the people there.
Very accommodating and understanding of me& my 1 year old the whole appointment! Cute frame options & cut in the store was impressive! Will be back!
I made an appointment and gave all necessary information including my insurance which they apparently don’t take anymore as of a month ago! No one notified me of until right after they did my appointment!! I was charged 110$ i feel like I should not have had to pay this. They should have made sure I was aware BEFORE the appointment! Why on earth would I pay 110$ when I get free exams !! The lady at the front desk brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Crazy
