The staff was great. The doctor was great! Hopefully the prescription works out for me. It’s 75. You gotta make sure you get the right prescription. Hopefully, I did guess we’ll find out in three weeks! Also, Fabrizio was wonderful setting me up with new frames for my sunglasses!
I got an appointment that was convenient to my schedule, I didn’t wait even 1 minute to be seen. The staff was friendly and professional, the doctor was very kind and helpful. I can’t think of anything negative to remark about.
I was having difficulties with another provider getting the correct adjustment for my yearly exam. After two attempts and no improvement, I made an appointment with Dr. Panetta. She was friendly and listened to my concerns as well as performed an in-depth exam with scans. Dr. Chambers took her time going over everything. Because of her diligence, she found the reason I couldn’t get 20/20 vision even with all the adjustments. She wrote a new script and referred me to retina specialist. I’m glad I went to Dr. Chambers as I wouldn’t have known the cause. I thought it was just an adjustment issue. Highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Dr. Panetta enough! I was experiencing sudden blurry vision in my right eye, and the staff went above and beyond to squeeze me into a busy schedule. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Panetta’s Mom for her help in getting me seen so timely and ensuring my prescription was sent to my pharmacist immediately. The clinical care was top-notch. His optical tech, Casey, was incredibly caring and patient while performing my tests. Dr. Panetta conducted a very thorough exam—including an Optomap, glaucoma, and macular degeneration testing—ruling out serious concerns and identifying inflammation on my corneas. After starting the prescribed drops, I’m already seeing a huge improvement today. Professional, high-tech, and a wonderful family-run atmosphere!"
Today I visited LensCrafters at Citrus Park and I can honestly say they are very professional and friendly. Susan and Sheyla were especially helpful — they answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. The doctor and the technician were also very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this location. Great customer service and a wonderful experience overall!
