I gave two stars because I've never had an issue with Dr. Cannon. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for her staff. Today, I spent 5 minutes arguing with someone named Kimberly after picking out glasses, because she could not do simple math. My frame allowance was $150. I picked frames for $350. I receive 20% off for frames over $150. She became visibly frustrated because I kept questioning the total of $260 after she kept insisting that 40% off $200 was $260. It was unbelievable. She was practically yelling and after checking to see if I saw her wearing hearing aids, I gently told her she was very loud, but she continued. She then said she would get someone else to explain to me (how 40% off $200 equals $260), another tech who made the same mistake, but after saying it aloud a second time, realized the mistake and apologized. Kimberly never did and her attitude was way less than pleasant. After I paid, Kimberly informed me of the 3-week wait which she said was due to me not adding $35 for another feature. I asked for a refund and left. There are way too many options to visit anywhere without top-notch customer service.
