We came to town for a ski trip and one of the kids forgot to pack his daily wear contacts, so he woke up on our first full day of skiing with no way to see. Heather was so kind, worked with us to get a copy of his prescription, and got us set up with contacts in no time. They could have easily turned away someone who isn’t an established patient, but instead they went above and beyond to help.
I absolutely love the doctor and how thorough he is. But I have been waiting 1 month for my glasses. Next time may have to take my prescription and get glasses somewhere else
I have been to many different eye doctors but this place ranks supreme. Never has an eye doctor told me that the muscles in my eyes were weak. And he proved it. He made me feel really comfortable and explained everything he was doing and why. I really appreciate that. Great team and very knowledgeable!! You definitely have my trust and my business!
I have been there twice and my new glasses still don't fit right. They hurt my ears. Everytime I call, I get Connie, who is extremely snarky. I just want glasses that fit right, not snide little comments after every question I ask.
