We went for a new patient visit and were very happy with our visit. Everyone was so kind and took time to work with us. Dr Clemmons was thorough and explained so many things to us about our eyes. I highly recommend their practice!
Dr. Clemmons has been my eye doctor since middle school, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is always so kind and caring, and she genuinely takes the time to listen. She goes above and beyond for her patients, not only in the care she provides but also in how she educates you and makes sure you fully understand everything. I have always felt so comfortable and supported in her care. I am so grateful to have her as my eye doctor!
I have had eye issues off and on most of my life. For the last 20 years, Dr. Melanie Clemmons has been my optometrist. She has also been a great friend. Several times I had eye issues when out of town, once in Alaska and another time in Savannah. Each time when I called, she took care of my needs. I have never been disappointed and believe me over 20 years I’ve spent a lot of time in her office. Dr. Clemmons always spends ample time with each patient. I know she has with me. If you’re in the area and need an optometrist, trust me, Dr. Melanie Clemmons is the best there is.
Dr Clemmons is excellent. My experience of her is thorough, thoughtful, caring and professional. Her new office staff is a great reflection on who and how doctor Clemmons is. I highly recommend her.
Staff professional and friendly!! Jessica and Tracey every time I visit. Dr. Clemmons takes her time checking my vision. You know the is 1 or 2 better. Sometimes it takes me a little longer to focus. I NEVER feel rushed. I have referred many to her establishment and all are happy. Excellent caregiver!!!!
