Was very satisfied with examination by Nicole. Excellent. My agent Jenicia, was very helpful and very nice. The failure was in the company production of the lens of prescription handed to them. Did not meet expectations, especially with so much updated technology. The remote Dr. was rushed and time contained. Nothing will ever replace the one on one experience of a personal Dr. through the process. Technology and AI shortfalls.

Although the visit is virtual, the in-person tech is amazing and talented. She is warm and makes you feel taken care of. She knows what she’s doing.

I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time and was nervous but Nicole made the whole experience comfortable and simple. She walked me through every step and explained everything I needed to know.
