Had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend! The technician, Noah, was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit quick and easy. Our exam was done through teleheath with Dr. Moh, which still felt smooth and efficient. Bonus points for being able to get a Costco hot dog afterwards
10/10 recommend! Excellent experience! I was very weary of a virtual eye exam, but it was just like a routine exam with a mini “zoom” type call at the end with Dr. Evan’s. Everything was organized, prompt, and simple. Can’t wait till next year’s exam!
Admittedly, I was hesitant to have a virtual eye appointment. However, my experience with Ellington Eyecare at Costco (Homestead, PA) was EXCEPTIONAL! The technician, Noah, was kind, knowledgeable, and highly competent. The exams were thorough and patiently executed. I do not have insurance for eyecare and found the cost of the exam to be quite reasonable. The doctor who reviewed my exam results was kind, asked great questions, and explained things clearly. I will definitely return for future exams and I will continue to recommend this service!
This was an efficient and professional eye care visit. I was taken care of very well by Noah. They offered me an eyesight solution that works for me specifically. Who knew you can wear just one contact lens? It's a great place that I will recommend.
Noah did a perfect job. He honestly was as well trained as my eye doctor. The office was perfectly clean. My only thought is I think Costco members are a little confused. Is this office part of Costco? Who is Ellington? I am a retired corporate employee and your PR department needs to help make it more clear. Your older patients might be concerned about a virtual doctor visit. Can Costco eye glass employees help tell people what it is? It’s a great deal get your eye exam and walk out and get your glasses at a great price. Hope this helps. Elizabeth Beck
