I was very satisfied with my appointment. Everyone was kind , easy to talk with. Any concerns I may had were addressed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. They will be my forever go to for my glasses. Thank everyone at the office for making everything run so smoothly.
I love going to Visionwork for my eye care that works with your insurance and in your best interest. Kay was the person that helped me the two times that I came in by helping me with the frames that's best for my face and grey hair. The second time I came in was for my annual exam and I fell last week and scratched my glasses. She helped me get new glasses in a reasonable price without breaking the bank. You won't be disappointed coming here. Kay helped me after scratching my glasses after getting my new pair to have a spare around but I added everything in the new one which wasn't necessary and didn't realize in the store that I didn't need the reading or the transition lens because I was going to use the second pair indoor . I left a message to call me back and she did the next day and gave me the difference on my credit card for my second part which wasn't going to my insurance. She's amazing and love her customer service.
Fantastic staff. I have had really negative experiences in many other franchises and stores. This store was a pleasant surprise. The front staff is lively and efficient, and the doctor who comes on Saturdays was pleasant and invested in the appointment. My associate was the European blonde lady. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. 5 ⭐️s
Everyone was exceptionally helpful and super kind. I spoke to Christian over the phone and he was super knowledgeable and helped me with all my concerns. In the office he continued to assist me and made my experience super comfortable and smooth. Thank you!
Terrible Customer Service Very lazy staff and extremely disappointing service. I was the first customer, and there was no one else inside. They could have served us quickly, but instead, one customer service representative was doing her nails while another was busy talking on the phone. We waited a long time just to get our glasses. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Overall, I would rate the service as terrible.
