The dr and the employees are absolutely amazing. They make you feel welcomed and they don’t rush you bc they’d like to go home and I went in on a Saturday. They let me take my time picking out frames all with very good attitudes and they were super kind and complimentary. People you just enjoy being around. And the dr herself is great. Knowledgable and takes her time if you have questions. Also very personable, would ask questions like a new friend would who’s just trying to get to know you. She seemed genuine in the things I said and not just making small talk. She was also amazing at her actual assessment and making sure to get me not only the best prescription glasses /contacts for my vision but also taking into account my comfortability with certain brands or types of contacts and such. I’ll never go to another eye dr/office. You get quality, informative treatment from the dr all the way to paying your bill and walking out. I feel like I have new friends bc of how comfortable they make you. Love the entire office staff! Don’t go to some of these Lubbock eye doctors that overcharge you and never make you feel as it they are concerned with any problems you’re having or getting to know what makes you most comfortable with all the options in glasses and contacts available. Ensight is the only way to go!
