Great customer service! Front desk staff communicated well prior to my appointment (even when I mixed up the date!) Upon arrival was greeted kindly, my wait time was short, the technician was really sweet (Ashley) and I watched as she sanitized each machine before each exam( yes, I applaud the attention to detail!)was offered a cold bottle of water while waiting. Dr. Hairston was awesome! She was professional and down to earth! this eye appointment was great, 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Hairston is one of the most caring professionals dedicated to her patients’ wellbeing. The staff are friendly and good at what they do. There is a great collection of frames and quality lenses available. I look forward to my visits and trust that I get the best and most thorough exams. Dr. Hairston is a brilliant, knowledgeable optometrist who goes above and beyond.

We recently took our daughter in for an eye exam with Dr. Hairston, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Hairston was incredibly patient and engaging, making our daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how great she is with kids—she explained everything in a way that was easy for our daughter to understand, which really helped ease any nervousness. She also took the time to thoroughly address all of our concerns, never making us feel unrushed. We truly appreciate the care and attention we received and would highly recommend Dr. Hairston to any parents looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye doctor for their children.

I drove 2 hours and 22 minutes, to take my daughters to see Dr. Hairston. This was the best decision I’ve made for their eyes since they began wearing glasses. My girls have been in glasses since they were 3/4 years old, and we’ve seen our share of eye doctors. None of them have been nearly as great as Dr Hairston. Everyone in the clinic was amazing. From check in to glasses selection my girls were given the absolute best care.
