Eola Eyes is well worth the visit! I was greeted by Jennifer and Genevieve. Both ladies were very welcoming. Genevieve provided a wonderful check in experience. Jackson did a wonderful with my intake. Jackson was very responsive and attentive, his customer service skills are amazing. Conversing with Dr. Giedd’s was very natural and she is a resource of great knowledge. Upon check out a I had a wonderful conversation with Jennifer regarding my the mission of the company and how they give back directly to our community. Customer service at Eola Eyes is 10/10 and I will be recommending this business as much as possible.

Thank you Eola Eyes team for the amazing experience at my recent eye exam. Starting with the warm welcome as soon as you arrive to the excellent care taken by technician Jackson, who thoroughly explained all the pretesting procedures. Dr Giedd is by far the best Optometrist in Orlando, the time and care she took when doing my eye exam was really appreciated, she explained everything in detail and addressed all my concerns regarding my vision and eye health. At the end of the exam she explained all the changes that she made to my prescription and explained how this would benefit me. In the optical dept. Erika had been busy selecting frames for me to try and she did an amazing job, she listened to my likes and dislikes and gave me great feedback on the different styles. I now have my new glasses (yes, they came in very quickly) and I can see great and I love my new look. Best doctor, best staff and best Optical in Orlando!

Dr. Williams and Charles were wonderful! Very patient, they asked and answered questions, and explained procedures thoroughly. I felt they were truly interested in providing the best care. I've had bad experiences in the past and they went above and beyond all expectations. I would confidently recommend Eola Eyes to family and friends.

Eola Eyes is the place to go for great service and style when needing eyewear. From reception to purchase the experience is always great. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. The Drs are all so profesional you know you’re in great hands. Erika knows exactly what will work and picks out great options in glasses. I will always return when I’m in town.
