Eskenazi Health Center Grande

Last week, the staff member with bangs yelled, demanded security, put her hand up aggressively to defend a coworker, and gaslighted me, while the manager also put her hand up and became upset when I mentioned filing an ADA complaint. They then sent two staff who were impatient and dismissive toward mental health concerns. I also experienced the same staff yelling she was recording me through my Meta glasses while I felt unsafe. This week, I arrived for a 12:30pm appointment on 12/5/25 and checked in at 11:30am. The staff smiled condescendingly and told me slowly to come back closer to my appointment, so I canceled to avoid more stress. Extremely unprofessional, chaotic, and intimidating. I do not feel I can trust this facility with my mental wellbeing, and I could not get a clear explanation about Medicaid vs. Eskenazi Financial Services.

I have been a patron of Dr Broderick Rhant for about three years! And this doctor has never changed! He listens to my concerns and problems. It doesn’t just go in one ear and out the other, he actually hear me! And he doesn’t leave until all of my concerns and needs are met! If you are in need of a good doctor you should make any appointment to see him, I can almost guarantee you, that you won’t regret it! Remember the old saying “try it you’ll like it!” Try him and you’ll love your experience with him! Have a great day!

Was scheduled for an 8:40 imagining appt. Arrived 10 min early. Did check in online from home and waited no more than 5 min before I was called back. The process was quick, smooth and efficient. Usually go downtown, but this location was closer so I went on a whim. Was pleasantly surprised. Easy walk to the front door, everything is labeled with Huge numbers. Very clean and visually appealing. The layout in imaging was efficient and less run around than downtown. Katie was Awesome, made me feel comfortable. If you could get "High End Fast Food", this is it! Highly recommend!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Baenzigers. I had an appointment with her in February. But today I received a message from her, telling me she's leaving in June. And my appointment was cancelled and it was rescheduled for next month with a new doctor. There were still issues that needed to be addressed by Dr. Baenziger. If this is how patients are treated, then it's time to find another Health Care Center. This was so unprofessional Then have the audacity to say, we are sorry.. Call us. Answer your phone's!

Beautiful facility with excellent accomodations. Bathroom design is the most inclusive and easy to use I've seen. Eskenazi staff and service far exceeds any other medical service providers.
