Would like to give a '0' rating if possible! It took them 2 weeks to give me an appointment. I guess new patients are their least priority. Anyway, Then the day before the appointment when they called to confirm, I find out that they changed my preferred doctor to some other doctor without my permission. When I asked why, they kept changing their answers. Extremely unprofessional! They don't even know what they are doing! They really need to get more competent employees handling their appointments. They definitely lost 2 new patients today!

Spelled my name wrong in my account never corrected it ask for my insurance everytime I come forcing me to call always alarming my saying my insurance is not active….. she need to spell my name correctly. I had neck and spine surgery and they tell me to have a seat then call me to get back up soon as I sat down needs more direction and order. Denied my 23 month old baby a medical evaluation and said it’s like asking McDonald’s if they had pizza…. Due to my injuries I wanted to confirm if I should take him to the er or if it’s not urgent he couldn’t even do that. This is definitely McDonald’s and the ice machine not working.

I had an eye appointment with Dr Chahil. She was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, caring and RESPECTFUL along with receptionists and Dr Kingston I believe. I seen quickly, taken very good cared of. They people there showed professionalism. I definitely would recommend Dr. Chahil for those who needs an ophthalmologist and the location for good customer service and quick services.

Have been calling every single day for months trying to get in contact with doctor PRISCILLA HIRST trying to get a copy of my physical for FOUR months now! Something so simple, just a copy of my physical. And I’ve been calling every single day and I have not received even a single call back. These doctors and everyone else do not care about their patients whatsoever.

(Dermatology Department) Dr. Imran Kassim is a great dermatologist. I was very anxious about my persistent acne, but Dr. Imran Kassim put me at ease with his customized treatment plan. He was very patient in answering my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. After just one treatment, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture, and I anticipate great results after completion of the treatments. The office staff is also very friendly, making each appointment a positive experience.
