This was an amazing experience! Dr. Shatleh and his staff (Larose, Gabby, and Savannah) were very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I really also appreciated their selection of options for glasses and they have very reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend for the whole family. This is our glasses spot moving forward!!!
This was my first visit to Essential Vision Center, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I didn’t have an appointment, but when I called, Savannah was incredibly kind and was able to accommodate me as a walk-in. My original appointment was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., but when I arrived shortly after 1:00 p.m., they checked me in right away, and the eye doctor was able to see me much earlier. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. Savannah at the front desk was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire check-in process easy for me as a new patient. The eye doctor was exceptional—very knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I truly felt that they cared about my eye health and wanted to provide the best possible care. I highly recommend Essential Vision Center to anyone looking for outstanding eye care. Their excellent customer service, professionalism, and genuine concern for their patients set them apart. If you’re searching for an eye clinic, this is the place to go. This place was amazing for our family. We took the kids for a long needed check up and they do not like any sorts of doctors appointments. I really appreciate the staff, I think one was Larose, there was also Gabby and Savannah, for being so kind and patient with the kids. Dr. Shatleh was also very knowledgeable and did a great job making them feel comfortable. My kids loved the glasses they got and they had a pretty good selection to pick from. We're so glad we found EVC!
Outstanding eye care and customer service. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this office to all of my family/friend. Very pleased with my visit. The doctor was attentive, patient, and made the entire exam comfortable and easy.
My daughter and I absolutely love coming to this office! Quality care, great eyeglass frame options, new technology, and an overall amazing group of staff. Dr. Shatleh is the best. 10/10 - highly recommend!
