Dr. Ahn is professional, thorough, caring, and wonderful with patients. My entire family loves coming here! The rest of the staff provides excellent customer service too. In particular, the gentleman who helped me select my glasses took a considerable amount of time to ensure I found a pair that fit me perfectly and stayed within my insurance limit. We highly appreciate their care and service!
I was looking for an optometrist that could provide the quality lenses that I purchased at lens crafters, but were covered under my VSP insurance. Now, I found them! I could not be more satisfied with the service and quality of work that was provided to me from Esther Optometry. I got two pair of glasses with prescription lenses. One for computer lenses and the others were progressive. I think these are better than Lens Crafters and I love them. Usually they take some time to adjust to, but these didn't take any time at all. Esther Opt. also uses a virtual reality headset, which also tests environmenal immersion and your visual acuity. It costs just a little extra but it is indeed worth it. I will refer anyone who wants great service from the staff and the optometrists. Incredible service with a smile and Dr. Ahn is simply great and so sweet! Thank you everyone!

I’ve been coming here since 2004, and they continue to impress me every time. When my frames broke on April 9, I couldn’t get through by phone at first—but they quickly followed up via text. After I sent a photo, they scheduled me for April 14. When I arrived, they confirmed my insurance on the spot and replaced my frames right away. Even with a weekend in between, everything was handled smoothly in just five days. Truly grateful for the kind and efficient service!
Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very nice. The place was clean and easy to pick out glasses. There was a big selection of different styles.
