As a business owner, I am always grateful for amazing customer service. I was greated promptly. Christina was knowledgeable, polite and proficient. She was able to get all my screenings done and in the doctors chair quickly. I've worn glasses nearly my whole life. This was a great experience.

I had a great experience at Ettinger Optometry, especially with Christina, one of the technicians. She was incredibly patient while teaching me how to use contacts, taking the time to make sure I felt confident. She was also super friendly and made both my son and I feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and very inviting. I highly recommend Ettinger Optometry and Christina for their excellent care and professionalism!
Dr. Ettinger and Christina are such a compassionate crew! Christina was especially great with my kiddos. She explained things, without making me feel dumb or talking down to me. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me these last few weeks since I received a new contact rx. There were some issues that she quickly resolved and never made me feel as though she was frustrated with me. She is very patient and understanding. Never once did she make me feel as though I was a nuisance for asking questions or bringing up issues. She's the easiest person to communicate with when you call in, whether it's for an appointment or to remedy an issue.
Christina was amazing and got me in for my eye exam. She was super professional , friendly and answered all questions I had . I had anxiety about coming in because of previous experiences at other places but her and Dr E calmed my nerves and made it a great experience. Will be bringing my whole family in as long as Christina and Dr E are there. Great experience . Thank you Christina !
