If i could give 0 in would! I've worn glasses since 2nd grade and Dr B. is seriously the WORST. I was at the office for over 3 hours, during this time he went "looking" for who was using HIS internet, which kicked him off....so had to restart his iPad. I was told that my eyes were so bad that there was a real possibility of double vision becoming my normal. He did ALL the tests...and said my lenses were usually thin. Then told me I was lucky to have come to him, because he was the only one in the area who could "help" me get even close to 20/40 . Although I have a $0 deductible for my yearly dr visit, they charged me $30.... because they put it in as medical instead of vision??? I left almost in tears. I scheduled a 2nd opinion in Dothan the same week. Dr was professional, told me I have 2 forms of cateracts, and scheduled surgery. Simple! Now I can see with NO GLASSES! DO NOT waste your time, money or eyesight going here!
My daughter returned home from a trip with an area of concern on one of her eyes. We did not have a scheduled appointment but the staff at Eufaula Eye worked us in so that she could be seen before the weekend. Our regular doctor, Dr. Sage, was unavailable so we were seen by Dr. Benevides. We had a wonderful experience with him. His level of patience, explanation of the exam, and general interaction with my daughter was great. We are most appreciative for Eufaula Eye Associates and the caring way they treated our family!
Would not go there again. I was getting 2 pair of glasses. One sun and one regular. Needed the regular ones made, so the owner wrote her notes on my old sunglass note paper. Well long story short my regular glasses are also now my sun glasses. Should of wrote new work on a new form. You know what its like seeing orange all the time. Called the store she the owner (very rude) and told her about the mixup, she said call and i will fix them. Called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. Left 3 messages nobody ever called me back. Thanks for NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL!!!
Poor customer service. We were visiting Eufaula and plan to move to the area within a year. We stopped by to get my husband's glasses adjusted. But they refused service because his glasses were not purchased there. These future patients will be choosing a more accommodating eye care provider.
