Dr. Natalya Malakova, OD was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made recommendations tailored to my needs. I ordered both new glasses and contact lenses through them, and the process was seamless. I’ve been coming here to stay on top of my eye health, and it’s a place I trust. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Malakova for many years now. She is excellent and really helped me a lot. She is smart and always knows the latest info about the best approach to getting the best vision. The service is great, there is almost no wait time, and their office staff is really great too, everyone is kind and pleasant. I greatly recommend Dr. Malakova to anyone who values their vision and wants to see the best doctor.

I had a great experience. I came in without an appointment and they took me right away. The receptionist is very kind and friendly. The doctor herself is also very nice and caring. She took the time to help me find a perfect frame and was carefully listening to all my troubles. Would definitely recommend to others. Would give her a 10/10 rating if possible

Very friendly front desk person Emily who was very helpful and patience with us. We had great experience with the visit because doctors gave us all the time we needed. My daughter was happy with the result and care she got. Will definitely recommend the Dr. and the office. Also, need to mention that we had no wait time whatsoever. They take patients on appointments time if you arrive on-time.
