I can’t thank Europtical enough for adjusting my glasses and ordering a new part for one of the arms. They are such a knowledgeable and professional group and have the largest selection of the latest frames in the area.
Dr. Davis and staff are phenomenal!! Doc takes the time to listen and answer questions and concerns. He is so knowledgeable and puts a patient at ease from the beginning. He is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. The staff is so wonderful! They take time to explain best options with the insurance, and go out of their way to even fix broken eyeglasses!! Dr. Davis is an excellent doctor, I have been going to him for years. He is extremely thorough and his appointments are efficient and his exams are not unpleasant at all. He is always fun to talk to and actually, all of his staff is wonderful. The entire Rocky River team is always friendly, efficient and a very good experience. My family have been going to Dr. Davis for years, and we are never disappointed. I just took my son for his first pair of glasses, and he had a wonderful experience! What I love in particular about Dr. Davis is that he is truly passionate about eyes and about health, and it shows in his approach to vision.
