Staff is so patient and always happy. It seems to be working there. They were also very nice to me. And I think the doctor is one of the best I have ever seen. He's patient he answers your questions and gives you suggestions. I have never been dissatisfied in anyway, coming to This office.
The whole experience was amazing from the receptionist, supporting staff and Dr Herzig. The were kind, caring yet extremely professional and informative. I had a 3 1/2 and 7 year old granddaughters that were being examined and they were treated so patiently and appropriately for their ages. The explained every step of the exam to my granddaughters before they did anything. The results were in understandable detail. I highly recommend this practice to anyone but especially if you have young children.
I have great respect for Dr. Charles Kent at Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association. I have long trusted him for my eye care and especially whenever it comes to any needed eye surgery for my family or me! He is not only a very caring and a most dedicated ophthalmologist, he is an extremely competent surgeon! In addition, his staff is so friendly and welcoming. His assistant, Janelle Snyder, the surgical coordinator, has been with Dr. Kent for a long time providing very dedicated service to his patients! My family deeply appreciates all this association does to protect our precious eyesight. Thank you for this opportunity to praise your work.
The office staff is very friendly. They make you feel very comfortable and well taken care of. And Dr. Herzig is the best she goes over and above to explain all that she does she makes you feel more like a friend than a patient.With all the trouble I am having I feel so confident that she will correct my problem.I would recommend this practice to any of my friends.
Dr. Herzig was wonderful. Both of my granddaughters loved her and were extremely pleased with her. She answered all of our questions and spent the time to make them feel very comfortable with seeing a new doctor. We will certainly continue to see her for their eye care.
