We love Dr Keim and Michelle and so many other staff there. Our girl is nonverbal and uses some ASL. Every staff member was able to work with her and respect the way she communicates and even celebrated her unique needs. They are compassionate and caring. We drive over 45 minutes for the care we receive and it’s worth it each time. Check them out!

Had an appointment for my left eye but during the two weeks of that appointment an issue developed with my right eye. Dr. Coca saw me for my original issue and when he saw my right eye he scheduled me for the next day with Dr. Kent. Had a skin tag growing under my right eyelid that was bleeding (like zombie level bleeding). Dr. Kent was very to the point in talking with me and had it removed within minutes after the initial exam. (For anyone like me that has never had more than tooth work done...there's some pain involved with the numbing but you'll be fine.) but his swiftness and assuredness with how he handled the procedure and his demeanor during it left me knowing i was in good hands.

My initial visit to the Greensburg office was good. The staff were efficient, pleasant and kind. The exam seemed thorough. Dr. E. J. Chang explained things well and answered all of the questions I had at that time. He was personable and I felt ensured of good care.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic to think twice before scheduling an appointment here. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The technician, Isabella, was extremely dismissive & rude. I asked questions about my condition and received little to no explanation. Instead of educating me or showing basic empathy, she acted irritated and rushed through the appointment. In a medical setting especially when dealing with something as important as your vision patients deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism. The overall environment felt careless and poorly managed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Everett & Hurite to anyone.

I was grateful that they could fit me in on short notice for emergency retinal laser treatment for retinal tears. All of the staff except one were very kind and friendly. One was not unfriendly, just barely communicative. They were very organized. Dr. Coca was very polite and thorough. I really appreciated that he wanted to make sure of what was going on with my eye before he performed the procedure. I was not prepared for the amount of discomfort and pain that I experienced, but he was able to stop for a short break when it was too much, before continuing. I felt 100 percent fine as soon as it was finished. I had no redness, no swelling, no discomfort at all afterwards. I'm very pleased with the immediate result and look forward to going back for my follow up appointment. Thank you to everyone for your great care!
