I have been a patient of Dr. Guo for several years, and I can honestly say that he is an outstanding eye doctor. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and the way he takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Although this clinic has a location closer to my home, I prefer to drive farther because receiving care from such a knowledgeable and caring doctor is worth it. Dr. Guo always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I hope he always continues to be the positive, kind, and attentive doctor that his patients appreciate so much. I highly recommend Dr. Guo to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.

Every time I visit this clinic, I have a wonderful experience. The front desk staff and nurses are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Nicholson is kind, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel comfortable and well cared for during my visits. I've meet Dr Nicholson and he was very easy to talk to. I am looking forward to my surgery and he explained my different choices and why each would benefit me. Then I meet Amy about appointment times and the full care needed after surgery. We discussed the visual improvements to expect and my long-term expectations. She was very thorough and we went over the cost of each choice. I feel very comfortable moving forward with the surgery and am excited to be able to see better. A special thanks to Amy for all the time she spent with me and she was a pleasure to meet.

Very efficient, personable service and care from start of appt. to finish. Especially pleased with being able to get into see a doctor on the same day I called the clinic (as a new patient). Wait time was almost non- existent, and the various procedures and exams were carried out with exceptional attention and concern about letting me know exactly what was being done and why. This was in addition to a very cheerful, upbeat attitude on the part of the optometrist. I would, in short, highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for all around excellence in terms of friendly communication, speciality knowledge, concern for patient comfort and understanding about the particular medical issue in question, and a clean, comfortable facility.

I really enjoy my visits to Evergreen Eye Center. First, let me preface this by saying that I have two existing eye conditions that require routine monitoring, so I visit Evergreen every 4-6 months. Front desk check-in is easy-peasy! There used to be an automated kiosk for those who like technology, but generally, the older crowd that has eye conditions tend to like a human check-in. And yesterday, there were two front desk attendants helping people check in! I got checked in and sat down within 3 minutes of arriving. Next, I was called back to get some pictures of my optic nerve and to have my eyes dilated and pressures checked. The technician (Lala) was very friendly, fast, and did everything without making me nervous (I'm not a fan of the pressure checks). Finally, I was able to see Dr. Anderson, where he reviewed my results with me and gave me an update on how my conditions are progressing. He is very friendly and interactive and ensures that he not only shares all of the data with me, but also what my options are going forward. Bottom line is that I feel valued and empowered as a patient at Evergreen Eye Center.
