⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience! We contacted them earlier today because I had lost my contact lenses while visiting Miami. They responded incredibly quickly, and within 10–15 minutes we were in the store. The entire team was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. As a foreigner without my prescription, I really appreciated how understanding they were. They took the time to help me find the right contact lenses and made the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of the excellent service, they even offered us cappuccino and chocolates while we were there. It’s those small touches that make a big difference. If you’re looking for contact lenses and great customer service, I highly recommend this place. Thank you again for taking such good care of us!

We called five minutes before closing, desperately needing contact lenses for a friend visiting from Canada before our cruise the next day. Not only did they have the lenses in stock, they kindly offered to wait for us to pick them up. Ely went above and beyond—she stayed an entire hour after closing so the Uber courier could pick up the package. She was in constant communication with us by text the whole time and showed incredible patience and kindness during our time of need. We truly can’t say enough about Ely and this business. Our family and friends from Canada were genuinely touched by the level of customer service, care, and professionalism. We randomly found them on Google Maps and feel incredibly blessed that we did. Ely truly gave the gift of sight to our semi-blind friend when he needed it most and reminded us just how amazing Miamians can be. We would gladly do business with them again anytime. Excellent experience! I busted the frame of my glasses and need a replacement frame on short notice. They dropped everything to help me out of a jam plus the price was more than fair. I can't recommend Express Optical enough.
