Dr. Copperman is a very good doctor. He took a biopsy of a spot on my eyelid immediately rather than wait for another appointment which I appreciated very much. I didn’t have to take the time to worry about it longer as it was being taken care of now. His incision was as small and precise as possible given the delicacy of the area. I would recommend him to anyone!

Superior customer service, consultations and surgery. Dr. Copperman, Morgan and the tech staff are exceptional. Lovely people, very comforting, confident and provided outstanding services. I'll be returning for all my eye related appointments and surgeries. So blessed to have found Seattle's finest!

My nurse was congenial, efficient, and smart as she listened to understand and then rapidly answered my questions. And Dr. Cardinale checked me and made clear recommendations. My wife also speaks highly of him. We have used care from Eye Associates for decades and are still happy with their entire office team! Dave S.

I was able to get a same-day appointment, which I appreciated and was the main positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was frustrating. I came in needing updated vision care and had questions about obtaining a spare pair of prescription glasses as quickly as possible. I understood that the clinic itself might not be able to provide glasses the same day, but when I asked about alternative options, staff members simply said they didn't know. I wasn't expecting them to perform a service they don't offer, but I did expect some basic guidance or recommendations. I also discussed ongoing dry eye issues with both the technician and the doctor. They asked several questions about my symptoms, but I left without any treatment recommendations or suggested eye drops. After my eyes were dilated, I was sent on my way without much guidance despite being alone and having difficulty seeing. The biggest issue was trying to reschedule a follow-up contact lens training appointment. When I called, I was told that this type of appointment could not be rescheduled. When I asked why, the representative said she didn't know. I then asked what kind of appointment it was and was again told she didn't know. When I asked when someone could call me back, whether there would be a charge if I missed the appointment, and whether I could speak with someone who could answer these questions, the answer was repeatedly "I don't know." I was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes multiple times, only to be told that no one was available to help. Overall, while I appreciated being able to get a same-day appointment, I left feeling that staff were unable to answer basic questions or provide clear guidance. The lack of communication and customer support made what should have been a straightforward experience much more stressful than necessary.

I’ve trusted my eye care to Eye Associates NW for over 30 years. On my recent visit, I was seen quickly after the sign-in process. I saw Dr. Stacy Porter for the first time after a long history with Dr. Kelly, now retired. Dr. Kelly was an exceptional doctor, friendly, professional and thorough. I sense that Dr. Porter will equal Dr. Kelly’s skills. The front desk staff I spoke with was in a hopefully infrequent bad mood, sullen but efficient. Overall, I feel like I remain in good hands.
