The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease and did so in a professional manner. Dr Kolomeyer is exceptional and I recommend him to anyone needing retinal care.
Second time!! Left work early, arrive to my appointment to be told there is no appointment. And they could care less.. but they did me a favor because now I found a new Dr and her & her office staff is wonderful!
First time there for annual appointment. The front staff and the 2 "opticians or medical assistants" , not sure what their titles are nor their names because they did not introduce themeselves were AWFUL! Their patient interaction was deplorable. As a healthcare professional for 28 years, if I EVER treated a patient the way I was treated, I would be. FIRED on the spot. Will not be going back. Dr. R was nice though, good eye contact but never mentioned my name nor did he introduce himself. The office needs some training in how to speak with patients and not make the patient feel like the practice is some corporate turnstyle on care where a patient just feels like the interaction is driven by the fee they are collecting. Very very poor patient experience.

Asked employee on Wednesday what are the hours was told Monday to Friday 830am to 430pm... showed up on friday at 3pm and its closed thanks for wasting my damn time and gas. If you work here at the very least know your hours.
