I was referred here for my issue with my right eye and the double vision I ended up with from brain surgery. Dr. Windsor was able to do a much detailed and thorough exam and concluded that I need a bit more prism in my lenses to correct the double vision. Also recommended OTC eyedrops for my chronic dry eye. The staff was great in helping me with a new pair of glasses and we're able to the bifocal set to where I don't have to struggle to see as my eye would hurt trying to read. I thank both Dr. Windsor and the team for helping me.

Update: You have to make an appointment to pick up the glasses I've already paid for and the business hours are not friendly to work or school schedules. I have to take time off work to come in and they can't give you a time frame other than a 3 week period. My son has gone with only 1 ear piece on his glasses. What a shinning and true reputation for this eye Dr.. Other eye Dr's offered to put his lenses in another frame while we wait for a week, this eye Dr. did offer or mention any solutions and we have to wait up to 3 weeks. I wish I could give no stars. Every interaction is disappointing. My son can finally go pick up the glasses we paid for tomorrow. Not today when I have time in my schedule but tomorrow when they have time in there's. It's not about the customer at all... My son has broken glasses. We ordered new glasses and everywhere I've gone previously they only take a week to make. Vision Accociates, Cunningham Optics have all got his glasses in a week. Unfortunately Cunningham closed and we were looking for a new eye Dr. closer to home. Eye Associates are telling me it is going to up to 3 weeks to come in. They have no way of calling the company that is making the lens to find out where in the process his glasses are in. I just have to wait to get a text. Could be today could be in 3 weeks. Go elsewhere. It is much faster. Not to mention when I called to make the appointment they asked for my name and information and I gave it to them. When I told her it was for my son she got huffy and said I thought it was for you thats what I took your information. I should have known then this wasn't the place. Then my husband and child go and said the front desk employee was rude. Even my child commented on the rudeness. I've already paid upfront for the glasses which sucks because I can go to another eye Dr. And have them next week. I can't even get that Gaurentee I'll have the glasses I've paid for by next week when it has already been 10 days.

I went to the Hartford City Indiana location where I bought my glasses, just to have them tightened. When Anna F. gave them back to me she said there as something wrong with the lenses and new ones would have to be ordered. I couldn't even see out of them! There wasn't even a scratch on them when I handed them to her! I couldn't even drive home! I can't believe they did that! That is no way to get return business!

After getting numerous notifications about needing to schedule my yearly exam, I made an appointment for six weeks out. Two weeks prior to the appointment I started getting emails, txt, and even a person to person phone call to confirm my appointment. After confirming my appointment I continued to get emails, txt, and even phone calls? The day of the appointment i arrived early out of respect and was called back for the normal pre exam routine then put in a room. 45 minutes later with no communication I'm still in the room. I got up and walked out. If it so critical to continuously bug me about an appointment time you would think they would have the respect to keep it on their end. I have been going here for over six years and it looks like I will be finding another place that values their patients time as much as they do their own.

Went in for an eye exam to renew my contact prescription. 1st time customer from out of town. Was nicely greeted by the receptionists. Went 30mins early to fill out paperwork. Was in and out in an hour. The optometrist was very thorough. Have a nice office and selection of glasses. Highly recommend!!
