Everyone in the office is very pleasant and accommodating. From the moment I walked through the door, the greeting is friendly, the staff is also very polite and friendly, the doctor completes the team with patience and if possible, offers options. Ordering glasses is also a laidback experience. A goldmine in a small town.

Greetings from front office staff, as soon as you walk into their office. No tunes playing just quiet in customers waiting area. I had Dr. Arianna Antunez, OD who is very professional and kind with making sure all your questions are answered and eye exam is complete. They also have eye glasses and frames of all sorts store too. So one stop shopping! I have vision insurance so my coverage and copay covered my eye exam and part of my frames and lenses. If you don't have vision insurance I think they have payment plan with outside financing. Glasses are expensive but their quality is amazing. Also I've been going here for last two years. My experience was very good because of this company staff and their ability to provide great service for their customers. Note they do have several Optometrists just each day could be a different one as it's a small office in a small town so rotate throughout south Texas towns. My third visit in four years. The entire staff was polite and one of the staffers were able to repair my glasses. Second time I have had the same doctor. She was polite and did a thorough examination on my eyes. I set up another exam for next year. I was pleased with my experience.
I have used Eye Associates in LaVernia for over 3 years. I highly recommend them. The staff, from the receptionist, to the Doctor, and the glasses purchased, the people are kind and very helpful.
