I had an excellent experience with the Eye Associates of Wayne. From the moment I spoke to Monica at the front desk, who seamlessly fit me in to the schedule the same day after explaining I’m currently pregnant and my OB wanted me evaluated quickly. She was kind and helpful with insurance and scheduling. Dr. Hogan was incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely kind. She explained everything clearly, answered every question without rushing, and you can truly tell she knows her field inside and out. I left feeling reassured and well cared for, which means a lot when you’re already anxious about your health during pregnancy. I also feel now a days, it’s hard to find doctors like that. Often they’re in a rush and quick to dismiss you. Not Dr. Hogan. I’m very grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism she showed, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor.

Everyone here is always very warm and welcoming! I've really grown to love the staff over the years, Dr Hogan is always gentle and kind, she's accurate and extremely helpful! I love that she is also very informative and knowledgeable.

While visiting from out of town, my wife experienced eye pain. The Eye Institute scheduled a same day emergency appointment. The office staff were very kind and helpful. The wait time was minimal. The medical assistant Justin was exceptionally proficient and prepared my wife for the exam. Doctor Viray inspired our confidence and got to the source of the problem right away. We were relieved to know what was wrong and how to treat it. If you ever need an eye doctor we highly recommend The Eye Institute and Dr Viray for high quality compassionate care.

Dr. Hogan is very friendly and was really good with my 88 year-old cousin who has trouble hearing and understanding what is being explained to her. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
