Eye Boutique Optometry

This is my second year going to Eye Boutique Optometry, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I also bring my two kids here, and they’ve always been wonderful with our whole family. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the optometrists are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed. The office is always clean, modern, and well-organized, which makes every visit comfortable. It’s reassuring to have an eye care team we can trust, and I highly recommend Eye Boutique Optometry to anyone looking for excellent care for both adults and children.

I got my glasses made 2 years back. The glasses started having scratches, but recently it because smudge and unusable. This is glass, not plastic, how would it become so smudgy? I went to the store, but i was greeted coldly that the warranty is only for 1 year. I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years, I have never experienced this kind of quality of glasses. Very disappointed with the quality of glasses they sell. Top one is the glass I got from here 2 years back and the bottom one is 8 years old, still no scratches and smudges.

Dr. Oh is amazing! Very lovely, nice, and knowledgeable. She explained everything so well about eye comfort and eye care. The staff is also super friendly and always responds quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent medical professional and staff. I have been with them for my regular eye exams for several years and also took my mom there when her insurance started covering it. A+

I made an appoint with the Eye Boutique because I was looking for a VSP Optometrist in Santa Clara and they had good reviews. I had an appointment and when I arrived they stated that I did not. Ok, I thought maybe I was confused, but I checked my records and I had indeed called this location. The staff there was not friendly or helpful and did not appear to care. They gave me attitude, sorry we can not get you in today...never did I ask them to do so. But do work with me to reschedule. A simple apology for the confusion will do. They turned me away like they didn't need me business. Based on the experience with the front desk / office manager I would not recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for quality care.
