I will recommend this office to everyone. The staff was very helpful hardly no wait time. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. And we was able to get everything that was needed . They had a very good selection of glasses. Prices are fair . Also up by the desk there's a little desk about employee recognition stop by and fill one out. Racheal ( Raquel) and I found 7 blue eyes while waiting on my fiance.

I didn't use this eye doctor but my husband did, I was looking for another eye doctor, but this place will never be it. Long story short you better make sure your insurance is verified on what they are going to cover before they take you back to the exam room, the day my husband made the appointment and the day of the appointment they were having issues verifying insurance, etc, I don't know what the issue was, but the receptionist or whoever it was assured him that his insurance was going to cover everything so they took him back to the exam room even though my husband specifically stated that he did not want to have this exam if insurance didn't cover it. He came back out of the room with a bill of over $400 because low and behold his insurance didn't cover everything like they said it would, so they specifically did everything he told them not to. And he's been fighting ever since to get the correct prescription for his contacts and get what he needs. My husband,myself, my friends or family will never use this company ever ever again. It is absolute trash. So many better places in the Gadsden area than here. Save your time and your money.

Staff friendly on initial visit. Dr. was thorough and answered all my questions. After receiving my glasses I took them in to be adjusted and the young girl at the desk was very unfriendly. I tried explaining I wasn't happy with the fit and bluntly she asked, "What is it, exactly, you want me to do about it?" And too, the prescription is etched into the lenses causing blurred spots looking through them. So now I have a pair of $400 glasses I'm not happy with at all.

Friendly, efficient staff. Wait time was short and the eye Dr. was very knowledgeable.

I will NEVER use any Eye Care Associates office again. First my claim was billed wrong, then when it was corrected, I owed a balance, which I paid. But I keep getting bills!! And NOBODY can tell me why, just that I owe it. I changed eye doctors to find someone closer to me, but my annual exam is more than double my previous practitioner. The office staff was nice, I believe the eye doctor was thorough, but I’m done.
