Dr. Kristin Sullins and the entire team at EyeCare Associates made my first visit such a great experience! From the very beginning, scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The office was very efficient, but I never felt rushed. During my exam, Dr. Sullins and her team made me feel like I was their main focus and took the time to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They also have a fantastic selection of glasses, and the staff was so helpful in assisting with frame selection and explaining options to help maximize my insurance benefits. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Sullins and EyeCare Associates!

Dr Sullins office was super quick. They messaged me a link so I was able to fill out my forms early. With the multiple pages, it was easy for me to fill them out online. When I got here, I only had to wait 5 minutes before they called me back. As soon as I got my pictures done on my eyes, he brought me straight to the room. I was in and out within an hour

EyeCare Associates Huntsville West has superb customer service! It was especially pleasant speaking with Ms. Jay and Ms. Ashley. They were very nice, professional, and put a lot of time and effort into getting me the answers I needed about getting contact lenses, and they carefully went over my insurance coverage with me in regard to their services and charges and such. They were super helpful, and I'll certainly continue bringing my eye care needs to EyeCare Associates Huntsville West! P.S.: Jay and Ashley need a nice Christmas Bonus this year if their employers are listening.......

I had a really good experience here. The staff was friendly and Dr. York answered all the questions I had. I want to give kudos to Ms. Jay especially for her amazing customer service. I originally paid for my daughter’s eye exam out of pocket but after talking with her, she explained that with my current insurance that I was covered and helped me get my payment back. Also, when picking out glasses for my daughter, she worked with me to get her prescription filled in a timely manner since we were headed out of state before their lab could ship them out. She was able to help me get them before our move. Thank you Ms. Jay and Eye Care Associates.
