If I could leave a negative star review I would! I just moved to the area. I made an appointment for my fiancé and I two months ago they waited to verify insurance until two days before our appointment. They wanted me to call the insurance company myself to see if they were in network, which is their job and when I told them I didn’t have time because I work 12 hour a day seven days a week and children and then it was her job to do so she hung up on me! Which is very unprofessional! When I called back to talk to the office manager, Diana did try to Make everything better but in the end, they did not take my fiancé’s insurance so we waited two months for an appointment for nothing when we could’ve went somewhere else. Again, Diane was wonderful. She did try to make everything better. But she shouldn’t have had to!! I felt very disrespected and I’ve never even been there yet!

If I could give this office 50 stars I would. Dr. G is the absolute best. I have been coming here for a few years, but this year I’ve been here almost every week working with Dr. G to get contact lenses custom fit for my eyes. It’s a long and tedious process. The staff knows me by name when I come in now. They’re always friendly. Dr. G is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and overall a pleasure to work with. I have absolutely zero desire to get eye care anywhere else other than right here.

Dr. Makie is my eye doctor and I have been seeing him for years. He is carrying and knows what he is doing on getting you the best script. Recommend him to anyone looking for a new eye doctor

Eye Care Associates have been my primary Ophthalmologist for over 20 years. The staff is always helpful when selecting new eye wear with the new prescription. Dr. Macki is so nice and explains my eye changes thoroughly. They will always be my eye care choice!! If I had to drive for hours, I’d choose them over and over again!!
