If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Hale is exceptionally professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. What stands out most is her focus on preventive care. During a routine preventive exam, she utilized advanced diagnostic equipment she had invested in and identified a potentially serious issue early—allowing us to address it now in a much less invasive way than might otherwise have been needed. I’m incredibly grateful for her attention to detail, commitment to staying current with technology, and outstanding patient care. Also, Keith, the Optician, is excellent with a high service factor also. Highly recommend.

After a huge mistake of going to BJ’s and paying a fortune for terrible lenses that nearly ruined my eyes, I found the Eye Care Center through Google. From the moment I walked in, Keith treated me with genuine care. He listened carefully to my concerns and helped me order specialized glasses for my office, along with another pair for everyday use. He also introduced me to their European designer line, which I’m very pleased with. I am deeply grateful to this place for saving my eyes. I will never trust anyone else with my vision. Highly recommended!

The Best Eye Doc I have ever been to? Yep! Dr. Hale rocks and her staff does also. The service I received here is second to none and really made me appreciate my wife's recommendation of going to this doc as well. Dr. Hale took the time to share detailed info and is very engaging while doing so. During my fitting for glasses, Keith (I think) did an excellent job of making great recommendations and knew his stuff! A pleasure to talk to as well as get the fitting done. Thank you to this team - what a great experience!

Caring staff and Doctor. Absolutely love going here and I'm always treated nice. Their office also helped get my daughter in to be seen for an eye infection, When I wasn't able to travel the same day to go all the way to Boston and see her regular eye specialist. Thank you Dr. Hale and the wonderful woman at the front desk for being so polite and helpful.

Been coming here for quite a while. Im always pleased with the care that I receive. Everything is explained and i feel better knowing what's going on with my eyes. I have to admit part of the reason I came here initially is because N.Hale Is the name of the fictional highschool snoop dogg goes to in mac and devin.. childish perhaps but it's working out really well!
