I had an amazing experience with Dr. Little! I used to have to buy new glasses and prescription sunglasses every 1-2 years because my prescription kept changing, but Dr. Little found a perfect solution with magnetic clip-on sunglasses frames. Her and her entire staff were so helpful during this process. Highly recommend their office!!
I have been coming to the EyeCare Center of Colorado Springs for at least 8 years now and I don’t know why I haven’t done this before. The service here is FIRST CLASS across the board. I work in tech and appreciate the high tech resources they have to assess the health of my eyes, and I appreciate the luxurious environment they provide it in. Dr. Michael Gitchel is a nerdy girls dream, I sincerely appreciated the way he explained the health of my eye and how he assessed healthy. The more you know! The staff are top notch especially Raven, as she helped to fit me for my contact lenses, she was patient and meticulous to ensure that they were a good fit. I also enjoyed their intake process, their technology just works and makes the paperwork process of healthcare so much easier. The reason I initially came in 8 years ago was because they carry Maui Jims, Ray Ban Metas and the brands I love that are also covered by my insurance carrier VSP, but the reason I keep coming back is ther service.
Such friendly and expert employees. I wanted hard to find Silhouettes and we ordered them in. They came back quickly and work perfectly. I took another pair of glasses in and said they were sliding a bit off my nose. They took and quickly adjusted the glasses, the feel perfect. Nice selection of frames and resources to custom order others. I will likely switch to this place for eye exams. I avoided them before worried about parking downtown but they have a free parking lot out front that seems adequate for their clientele. Can't say enough about how great the customer service is. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Mirza, she truly showed exceptional care and knowledge, she's a gem!
I’ve had such a positive experience with the entire team of people who work here! Dr. Johnson is attentive, takes the time to explain, and caught an issue overlooked/dismissed by previous providers. Raven was especially helpful with selecting and fitting my eyeglasses, and is such a friendly presence at the front desk. Plus, the space itself is beautiful. Highly recommend!
