I want to sincerely thank Dr. Nathan Kuykendall and all the staff at his office for the exceptional care and kindness they provide. From the moment you walk in, every member of the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure patients and guests feel comfortable and respected. A very special thank you to Dr. Nathan Kuykendall for going the extra mile in helping my father understand what was going on with his eyes. He created an AI-assisted video on his own time to help explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference for my father, who understands Spanish more comfortably than English. That thoughtful effort made him feel truly included, comfortable, and cared for. It was such a relief and a blessing to see a doctor take the time to ensure a patient fully understands their condition in the language they connect with best. It truly shows how much he cares about his patients and their well-being. Knowing my father is in such capable and compassionate hands brings so much peace of mind. This office sets a high standard for patient care, communication, and genuine kindness.

I have no idea how this business gets the high rating it does. That’s why I made an appointment with them, but I promise you that they do not care about their patients, they don’t need your business, and they are unreliable. A 6-week wait for a simple eye exam turned into an 11-week wait when they cancelled my appointment. If you like the, “We’re really busy, I’m sorry that you feel that way” kind of service, this is the place for you.

Warm cozy clean professional reception and waiting room area. Lots of windows so if ordering glasses it’s very light and spacious. All employees very friendly, helpful, answers questions, explains procedures beforehand, I saw Dr Nathan and I was so grateful for his knowledge and explanations. Thank you everyone.

Our family has now been for to visits. The staff is so helpful and the doctor is awesome. Pleasantly surprised of how reasonable the cost was. They explained my insurance before so it was a lot easier to make choices. Great customer service! Will definitely be returning.

I had an experience with all of the staff during my visit today. Eric Kuykendall, O.D., was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Shannon was amazing during checkout and helped me find a great pair of frames. She was also very clear about options and costs. All of the staff members I interacted with today were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
