Attention to customer is horrible. Staff is really mean and does not want to assist their customers. The one in blue shirt treated me horrible, and does not want to solve our problem. Reply: Thank you for your reply, but I feel it’s important to clarify my concerns. While I understand that insurance issues can be complex, the frustration I experienced was not solely due to my insurance provider. The staff’s inability to assist effectively and their lack of professionalism in handling the situation were the main issues. I came to your office with an appointment and expected to be treated with the same care and attention as any other patient. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and other clients were prioritized despite my scheduled time. Additionally, asking me how to look up my insurance information demonstrated a lack of preparation and professionalism on your part, not an issue with my insurance company. I understand that no business wants negative reviews, but as a paying customer, my feedback reflects my genuine experience. I encourage you to address the concerns raised rather than deflect responsibility. Future patients deserve to know both the positive and negative aspects of a service to make an informed decision.
