After getting new lens my frame are stretched out. They tried to fixed the problem twice, same out come. $600 glasses that I can't wear without worrying they will fall off. The owner ended up offering a free pair or a big discount on a pair of name brand frames. Thank you.
Eye Care One has great service. On top of getting my glasses there they have adjusted my frames several times at no charge. I will be back. :)
I had an eye exam yesterday, April 22nd, and it was a great experience! I met Ms. Kaitlynn, the optometrist tech, who was super helpful and explained everything clearly. It’s been a while since I’ve had my eyes checked, so I really appreciated her guidance. Dr. Adamczak, the optometrist, was also very kind and efficient. The appointment flew by, and I was impressed with how thorough the check-up was. I highly recommend Eye Care One of Whitehall for your eye exam. They’re great!
