I really enjoy coming to I care one. They are very friendly, clean, and professional. Colleen and Sharon are friendly faces at the front desk and are very good at multitasking. Jeri is very patient and a great helper with picking out glasses. They made me feel like family. Thank you I care one!!
By far the best eye practice I have ever been to. Dr. Parks and his team were very thorough with my exam. They took the time to explain everything that they were looking at. Never felt rushed. Even when picking out my glasses (sorry, I don’t remember her name) she was very honest and helpful in finding the style that suited me best. Would and will highly recommended them to everyone 😊
Jerri assisted me today in finding the PERFECT frames for me. She is amazing. She helped me last year as well. I knew the exact frames that I wanted last year. I have never had an issue here. Both of the lady assisting with getting glasses today was amazing. They were super sweet. I don't think that I had the same doctor more than once for my eye exam but that isn't an issue for me. The place has the best choices in this area. I have been going there for years. Thank you for your help today, Jerri. You really are the best. I will see you when I pick up my glasses then again next year.
We had questions about services which caused us to leave our last optometrist. Colleen introduce herself to us, explained what to expect with Eye Care One and then the whole team delivered exactly what was promised. Due to the whole team we have found a new home for our eye care. Thanks for taking excellent care of us.
The best eye clinic in Augusta! Dr. Parks was so nice to let me in before they even open at 8 and did the eye exam right away. The staff too is AMAZING and helped me with everything I needed during my appointment 🙏🏻
