11/10 Dr. Lloyd is personable, patient, direct, and thorough. The other professionals and office staff are kind and patient. Very kid-friendly atmosphere and interactions. The text reminders are helpful too! I'm "looking" forward to "seeing" them again soon. 👍
Truly disappointed in the way eye care specialists bloomsburg is going downhill. It feels like an annoyance for the staff to have to wait on us whenever we go there. Today Amy at the front desk literally rolled her eyes at me when I approached the desk and went back to reading her book before hesitatingly waiting on me. Dr. Lloyd is wonderful however the staff makes for a very uncomfortable visit each time.
I have been going to Dr Lloyd a few years now and he's quick, precise and addresses any questions or issues I have. Happy with the service there and will continue to keep going.
I was given a thorough eye examination by Dr. Lloyd. All staff are kind and professional. Easy to schedule an appointment and easy access to this clinic. They don’t sell glasses (or contacts, etc. here that I’m aware of) so you won’t feel pressured or obligated to make that purchase here. You will be provided with a script if needed. The clinic keeps you updated with appointment reminders, and required forms can be filled out on-line prior to the appointment date. They are knowledgeable about insurance coverage for various insurance plans if you have one, so just ask.
