Eye Care & Surger Center

I have been getting glasses here for several years and their optician Sela is the best ever. He is patient, knowledgeable and kind, and most importantly, goes out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable with the look and feel of your new glasses. I give him very high marks for being such a caring professional! I also want to single out Tony, who helped me with my vision field test and made it so much less intimidating with her careful concern and warm personality. I congratulate them both for their professionalism and commitment, rare qualities these days.

I switched to Dr. Kahn recently and all seemed Ok. My son had an eye infection last week with a lot of pain and sensitivity. We made an appointment with Dr. Kahn for an emergency visit and was scheduled for the next day. They called him back later that night and told him they won’t see him for an infection only and to go somewhere else. He then made an appointment with another Dr. who took over for his previous doctor that retired. Very poor caring service. I will not go back nor recommend this place or Doctor to anyone. To top it off, they kept texting him like he still had the appointment they gave him. Just to add: It is now 1/31/21 and nobody has reached out to us****(see their response from months ago)

Rude! Terrible experience. Go somewhere else! The doctor was rude and inconsiderate. He made me feel that I was bothering him with questions. Dr. Kaka was rushing me like a car seller. Also, he was talking to me about insurance and prices, like I didn’t have insurance or money to pay him. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The lady in the front was very nice but the tech didn’t even introduce herself. I had to ask her who she was and what we were doing. She was very rude rolling her eyes when I was talking to her, not so different from the doctor. Worse experience ever.

Chanel the doctor assistant was very personable and professional. She was nice to myself and to my kids, bringing them stickers to keep them occupied while we waited for the doctor. Dr. Shah was nice and precise. I didn’t have to wait long for my appt.

I recently saw dr stahl in the iselin for a routine eye exam and I was extremely happy with my experience. She is so sweet and took her time with me. The technicians and front desk staff were also very nice. I had an issue with my insurance before being seen and Cindy helped me fix it.
