I can't say enough about Dr. Steele and the entire staff at this office. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiles and kindness like you have known them for years. Dr Steele is one of the most knowledgeable doctors that I have come across. He has been able to connect my eye issues to other health issues and work together with my other specialists. The concern that they show towards their patience is beyond excellent. I can't say enough about my continued experiences there from the moment I am greeted straight through to the moment that you check out you can tell that the staff there truly care about you and it's very obvious that they love their jobs!
I have had a really great experience with the exception of two staff who who were really rude. The policy of having someone comeback with you should be enforced at all locations. A special thank you and kindness to Dr. Mcworder and Dr. Lanum. Both of you are so kind , compassionate and caring. Thank you for all you do to help your patients. You guys rock and keep up the good work!!
Had my first visit this week. Very impressed! I was very nervous about having eye surgery...they took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns! They made me feel more at ease about it. Overall it was a great experience...all the staff were professional yet friendly and I very much appreciate that! Would recommend them to family and friends!
I saw the retina surgeon recently. Thank goodness she is a surgeon because her bedside manner was garbage. She has absolutely zero compassion. I will NEVER go to or recommend a Bennett and Bloom office based on my last two visits with this provider. The first visit with the provider was not pleasant but I chalked it up to a bad day but this visit takes the cake. I left the appointment in tears even though I received good news. The front desk girls were very pleasant and some of the techs were pleasant but it doesn’t make up for the lack of bedside manner from the provider! Never again!!
