Great at doing what they do. I have been coming to this practice since the mid 80's. They have always been able to get me right. I have always wondered why people come here from 100 miles away to see the eye doctor. It's because they are friendly, affordable, & they know what they are doing. This includes the staff. Don't want to go to another optometrist.
I got soap with salycilic acid in it in my eye. Not foam, liquid soap. I went to the ER in Burkesville and saw a PA. They gave me eye drops to take home. They burned terribly. I was in a lot of pain that night and woke with my eye crusted shut. I called around trying to find an eye Dr who could see me. I called the eye doctors in Tompkinsville and they were able to see me in thirty minutes. We rushed to get there. I saw Dr. Stephens. She was fantastic. She said the drops I was given were not the best because I had a chemical burn to my eye from the salicylic acid in the soap. She gave me drops to use and they made my eye feel so much better. I'll be going there for my optometry needs from now on. Excellent service, they got me in right away and took care of my problem. I'm very happy we found this place. Don't hesitate to call them for your vision needs.
