Eye Centers Oflouisville

I've been having issues since cataract surgery about 5 years ago. Granted I've had RK surgery in 1980. The doctors are blaming all my issues because of that. I just went the other day. My normal doctor Dr. Steele refused to see me. I seen Dr. Gibson. He said there was nothing wrong with my eye. Clearly there is because when I went to take the optical nerve test it wouldn't even work on my right eye. The woman said is something wrong with your right eye. I said yes that's why I'm here. Anyway, I walked out of there with NO HELP at all!!! I ALSO KNOW A FEW PEOPLE THAT HAD SURGERY THERE AND HAVE WORSE EYESIGHT AND ISSUES. I don't know what's going on there but they're always busy everybody's always having problems. If I could do it all over again I would never use this Establishment. If you need cataract surgery, I'd recommend going somewhere else!!! UPDATE: I went to Kentucky Eye Care Center, I'm getting the lense cleaned in the eye, best way to describe it next week. I guess it's common they get build up. I've been complaining about it for months. Not once did Bennett offer to do anything for me. I'm so DONE with them!!!:

The staff os always kind. I love my Ophthalmologist, Dr. Steele. He's kind and you can tell he cares. He's also handsome so that's always a plus. Definitely recommend this location.

I had a follow up visit today after my second eye cataract surgery yesterday. I had pain and discomfort in my eye. The doctor after a slit lamp exam placed some medications in my eye with his angle fingers that helped me instantly. Thank you for the relief you gave me!

I wish I would have read reviews before making an appt. They scheduled me for 7:30am in Owensboro, KY and told me to arrive 15-20mins early for paperwork. The Dr does not show up to this location until 8am. The people there blamed it on the fact that they are not the ones that make the appts. Clearly this is not a well run Doctors office. I left after they told me I was being rude for questioning why I was scheduled so early.

Liz is thebomb.com! She was so knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and very pleasant. Going to the eye doctor and having folks tamper with your eyes can be very stressful; However, Liz set an optimistic tone. Her love for people and dedication to helping is inevitable. Kudos to Bennett & Bloom! You are the best! I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. Oh, and ask for Liz! You’ll see she’s beautiful inside and out!
